A pub right by the river in Eton, just over the pretty pedestrianised bridge from Windsor. Cosy (and often smokey) bar area, and more open restaurant. There is also a pub garden.
The owner can russle up a good vegan feast with good notice, so book ahead and see what you can do. Make sure you speak to him directly. With little notice you are still in with the chance of a meditteranean style meal.
