They could really do with more volunteers to help man the stalls to tell teachers of Food Technology and other sciences about their programme of school speakers and the literature and research they produce. CIWF have excellent materials on the effect of livestock on global warming for instance. You could also mention that Thames Valley Veggies have experienced school speakers and cookery demonstrators, and give local teachers our contact details (we have school speaker info postcards).
